ABOUT MAARTEN

Maarten Krijger is a young bass-baritone, born and raised in Noordwijk, South-Holland. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Vocal Performance, he started working as a professional opera singer. Apart from his work as performing artist, he's also been schooled in directing and educating.

In 2022 Maarten was one of the 10 contestants in the Dutch TV-show ARIA, broadcast by Omroep MAX. In this competition he competed for a chance to become a part of The Dutch National Opera Studio. He sang multiple aria's on this TV show.
